Tori’s representative told Usmagazine.com on Tuesday that “Tori went to the hospital last night for abdominal pain,” her . “They released her last night. She wasn’t feeling better today so she returned to the hospital for more tests.”

Korena Roberts, the 28 year old resident of Washington County, has been charged with the murder of 21-year-old Heather Snively whose body was found in the crawl space under the kitchen of Korena Roberts home.

The rescue team went to Korena Roberts residence in Washington County on Friday in response to call from a new mother who seemed to be in distress. On reaching the house, they found Korena’s boyfriend busy trying to revive the baby using first-aid techniques but with not much success.

When interrogated by the deputies, Korena Robert said that the baby was hers and when the medics noticed blood spilled all over the floor they immediately sent Korena along with the baby to the hospital. Sgt. David Thompson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in a news release said, “Doctors at the hospital were not able to revive the baby,” furthering adding “They also discovered that Ms. Roberts had not delivered a child at anytime in the recent past.”

Upon their return to Korena Roberts residing place the police discovered the dead body of Heather Snively lying on the crawl space of her home. The authorities then found out that Snively had been pregnant at the time she was attacked and henceforth deduced that she was the actual mother of the newborn.

“An autopsy will now determine how the baby was delivered, and whether he died before or after birth,” said Thompson.

Korena Elaine Roberts currently is at the Washington County jail, where she is being held without bail on a murder charge.

“The family is outraged about the release of these photos,” said the lawyer for the Carradine family. The lawyer further added that the “family will be filing a suit for invasion of privacy and emotional distress if the David Carradine death photo is run in a United States publication.”

David Carradine’s dead body discovered on Thursday, 4th June inside the closet of his suite by a chambermaid at the Bangkok’s Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. The authorities were immediately alerted, who after some investigations, ruled out foul play saying that the cause of death could be suicide.

However, the family is not satisfied with the investigations done by the Thai police. According to Mark Geragos, an attorney to Carradine’s half brother Keith Carradine, “The family will seek an independent autopsy by famed forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden to determine whether another person could have been involved.”
